The Loop will afford every customer working with us direct access to a Company Director and decision maker who will ensure that the customer's requests are heard, discussed and dealt with efficiently and in accordance with the work undertaken, with accountability and responsibility being taken seriously and given our utmost attention.
The Loop does not factor in costs to pay for company cars, travelling,
parking, mobile phones, laptops, computer hardware or software, premises,
utilities or services such as charges for attending meetings (unless agreed
in advance) where all such costs are met and wholly funded directly by The
Loop.
Our
commitment is to provide customers with a service that achieves the very
highest standards of our abilities and resources, delivered within time
and budget where full cooperation has been met by our customers and
suppliers in utmost good faith at all times.
Whilst
we do our utmost to encourage the use of online communications such as
email, our exclusive business meeting rooms and online invoicing and
payments, The Loop adheres to the practices and wishes of our customers so
that we are accessible by telephone, mail and for meetings at customer’s
chosen locations as and when required.
Any
quotes for work tendered for or we are about to undertake on agreement
will include all costs for the job requested and agreed upon.
There will
be no additional or hidden costs on the understanding that the customer
accepts the initial agreement as a true representation of the work they
expect The Loop to undertake on their behalf.
The
Loop operates a non-discriminatory approach to every job we undertake;
prioritising deadlines, urgency, delivery date requirements and the order
in which the work came in and was allocated a specific ‘job number’ above
any monetary, business-size or prior relationship considerations.
We
will treat every customer, prospective customer and enquiry with courtesy
and respect, in return for reciprocated professional and personal courtesy
and due respect.
Our
directors, staff and sub contractors are chosen for the specific industry
knowledge and experience so they are able to communicate with the
appropriate person and the appropriate level to get a job completed. In
matters requiring specialist technical knowledge or abilities we will
assign the person best qualified and equipped to work on that project or
job, and will work closely with the customer to ensure that their specific
requirements are met to exact specifications.
The
levels of professionalism and standards of service we hold ourselves to,
are provided for customers in utmost good faith and on the understanding
that our staff are afforded similar degrees of cooperation and respect.
This
